Specialized Hair Transplants for Different Ethnicities- UAE

  • 4 min. read

If you are experiencing hair loss and are considering hair replacement, then one of the important decisions to make is to look for a surgeon that specializes in your ethnicity’s hair type. Ethnic hair transplants differ from other hair transplants and need specialized restoration systems that only a highly skilled and experienced hair transplant surgeon and hair restoration team can offer. Ethnic and gender differences are manifested most significantly in the whole appearance of an individual. Gender and ethnicity manipulate an individual’s life and appearance in numerous ways:

  • Physical Features- Our physical features encompass our skin color and skin tone, body size and shape, hair color and characteristics.
  • Biology- The biology includes genetic inheritance patterns and hormonal patterns
  • Cultural- Our cultural interests include our clothing choices, food choices, hair styling, etc.

African-American Hair Transplants

The coverage that transplanted hair can provide largely depends on the texture of your hair. African American people have curly hair that covers more area of the scalp, giving the impression of a fuller head of hair. Although there are many similarities to other ethnic groups when restoring this type of hair, this curly hair type has some challenges as well.

Indian Hair Transplants

You will have dark and thick straight hair if you are of Indian heritage or lineage. Hair restoration surgery can offer very encouraging results for clients with Indian hair. However, hair experts at the best hair loss clinic in Dubai, Advanced hair studio suggests that you will need to be on a diet that encourages and improves blood coagulation as the conventional Indian diet is full of foods that thin the blood, which can be challenging. Consult with the Hair Transplant expert at Advanced Hair Studio for more information leading up to your hair replacement procedure.

Asian Hair Transplants

Asian hair follicles can be difficult to transplant and therefore it’s important that a highly skilled and experienced surgeon undertakes the procedure. It’s vital that the follicles are accurately transplanted to ensure a straight hairline for Asian clients, chiefly men, which prefer this angular style near the temples. Individuals of Asian ethnicity usually have thick and coarse hair which adds to the fuller appearance and better coverage.

Conclusion

These are all the important factors that have to be addressed by anyone who is looking for hair treatments. It is important to speak to the hair restoration specialist who will work with the individual to plan and carry out hair transplantation. Some of the gender and ethnic factors are obvious, but there are some other factors also that you will need to discuss with your team of hair experts.

Many people are going through various hair problems, and they are looking for reliable hair treatments. It took me 1 Year to decide whether I wanted to go through with the hair restoration procedure using a Natural Looking Hair piece. I did a lot of research and consulted with many people who had done the procedure.

I was convinced to go ahead due to the information session / in-depth knowledge and the excellent customer service skills of Sanjay- the manager.

I did the procedure 1 month ago and I can honestly say that it was the best decision ever. Advanced Hair Studio provides the best quality for the Hair Pieces. The staff takes the time to understand what you are looking for as a customer. They style your hair based on your facial structure and I must truly admit that their stylists are pure Artists! My favourite stylist is Mohamad from Lebanon. He does magic with his hands and I am always thrilled with the new styles/ suggestions he provides.

I must admit that AHS is on the more expensive side if you were to consider the other competitors in Dubai. However, it is all worth every penny spent! You will not regret it.

Do not over think it. Just go ahead an do the procedure. You will evolve into a whole new person! Believe me! :-)

I started losing my hair in my mid-twenties and in spite of trying all sorts of treatments it gradually got worse and worse. By my late twenties I started cutting my hair short. Whenever I tried to grow it, it used to look a mess and was impossible to style because of my receding and thinning. I was looking at doing a hair transplant for a while, but I kept delaying it in hope that there was some alternative.

When I was in my mid-thirties I first came across AHS. I was a bit skeptical but I thought I’d find out what they could do. I was expecting a sales pitch but what I learned about hair loss and hair restoration from them was presented in a straightforward and logical way, without lots of medical terminology. They take time to explain the root cause of the problem and explore all the different treatments.

I decided to go ahead with the treatment and as it turns out, having AHS fix my hair was one of the best decisions I ever made. I still cannot believe how good my results are. I just wish I’d done it 10 years earlier rather than wasting so much time (and hair!). I would urge anyone who is thinking of doing something to check them out.
