How Do I Know if My Hair Loss Is Normal?

What Amount of Hair Fall Is Normal?

You must consult a hair specialist if you are unable to control your hair fall or see either a receding hairline or bald patches anywhere. There might be medical conditions causing excessive hair fall which must be identified at the earliest to provide you with the best hair loss treatment.

What Hair Loss Treatments Are You Aware Of?

There are multiple treatments of hair, including natural remedies, medical treatments, cosmetic treatments, and surgical treatments. Some of these treatments have been listed below:

  1. Natural remedies: The best way to cure hair problems is to employ natural remedies at home since they have no side effects and can prove to be extremely helpful especially at the initial stage. Using an essential oil such as rosemary oil, peppermint oil, or pumpkin seed oil on the hair and scalp can effectively reduce hair fall.

Additionally, you can try using green tea leaves, coconut milk, and onion juice to control hair fall. One of the best natural remedies for hair is a good massage that ameliorates blood circulation thereby strengthening hair. Besides using all these things, you must also focus on taking a balanced diet that has sufficient vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, zinc, iron, and protein.

  2. Medical treatments: If natural remedies do not yield significant results, then, it is best to consult a hair specialist and look for medical treatments without any delay. You can start by using medicinal shampoos and drugs that aid in controlling hair fall. Further, you can also try hair extensions and Strand-by-Strand Ultimate to make your hair loss less noticeable.

Besides these treatments, you can also undergo laser therapy to treat your hair problem. A hair specialist can aid you to identify the best medical treatment for you based on the cause of your hair fall problem and your current condition.

  3. Surgical and cosmetic treatments: Yet another hair loss solution is undergoing a hair transplant. It is the best baldness cure since hair can be replanted in the bald spots from other spots in your head to regrow hair. It can be a long process but it comes with good results if all precautions are taken care of.

Lastly, you can depend on a cosmetic treatment such as a Strand-by-Strand Cosmetic to overcome the damage done by hair loss painlessly. Without any scarring, redness, or itching, you can get a full crown look by undergoing cosmetic surgery.

These are some of the hair treatments available to put an end to hair fall problems. However, this is not an exhaustive list. Since the causes behind hair fall are manifold, the solutions can also vary equally. It is recommended to undergo professional diagnosis to identify the cause of hair fall and start treating it at the earliest.

Why Am I Suddenly Losing So Much Hair?

Losing hair can be just an everyday thing caused due to a nutrition deficiency or changing weather condition or it can be the consequence of some grave medical condition. It is difficult to streamline the causes behind hair loss problems without a professional diagnosis. Here are some of the most common reasons behind hair fall problems:

  1. Nutrition deficiency: Taking a healthy balanced diet rich in protein is extremely necessary for maintaining hair health. Lack of vitamins, especially vitamin D can cause hair follicles to become dormant over time leading to restrictive hair growth or even baldness.

  2. Stress: Stress has been identified as one of the most common reasons behind hair fall. It is imperative to engage in stress-releasing activities such as yoga and meditation to cure hair troubles. If you see multiple strands of hair coming out together it could be because of excessive stress.

  3. Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes caused during pregnancy, puberty, menopause, or post-pregnancy can significantly contribute to hair loss. It becomes necessary to take extra care of the hair while one is undergoing any hormonal changes.

  4. Smoking and drinking: Smoking and drinking can damage our bodies in more ways than we can think of. Smoking especially causes great damage to the hair by restricting proper blood flow to the hair follicles. Therefore, you must reduce the consumption of any toxins to promote healthy hair growth.

  5. Hereditary problems: Another common reason behind hair problems is genes. Especially in the case of male pattern baldness and female pattern baldness, genes can play a major role. It is a must to get the treatment started as early as possible in such a case.

  6. Medical condition: Very often the drugs that we intake to cure any severe medical conditions such as cancer, arthritis, heart problems or high blood pressure can have side effects. One of the most common side effects is hair loss.

These are some of the basic causes behind hair fall problems that you must look for before stressing over your hair troubles.

It took me 1 Year to decide whether I wanted to go through with the hair restoration procedure using a Natural Looking Hair piece. I did a lot of research and consulted with many people who had done the procedure.

I was convinced to go ahead due to the information session / in-depth knowledge and the excellent customer service skills of Sanjay- the manager.

I did the procedure 1 month ago and I can honestly say that it was the best decision ever. Advanced Hair Studio provides the best quality for the Hair Pieces. The staff takes the time to understand what you are looking for as a customer. They style your hair based on your facial structure and I must truly admit that their stylists are pure Artists! My favourite stylist is Mohamad from Lebanon. He does magic with his hands and I am always thrilled with the new styles/ suggestions he provides.

I must admit that AHS is on the more expensive side if you were to consider the other competitors in Dubai. However, it is all worth every penny spent! You will not regret it.

Do not over think it. Just go ahead an do the procedure. You will evolve into a whole new person! Believe me! :-)

I started losing my hair in my mid-twenties and in spite of trying all sorts of treatments it gradually got worse and worse. By my late twenties I started cutting my hair short. Whenever I tried to grow it, it used to look a mess and was impossible to style because of my receding and thinning. I was looking at doing a hair transplant for a while, but I kept delaying it in hope that there was some alternative.

When I was in my mid-thirties I first came across AHS. I was a bit skeptical but I thought I’d find out what they could do. I was expecting a sales pitch but what I learned about hair loss and hair restoration from them was presented in a straightforward and logical way, without lots of medical terminology. They take time to explain the root cause of the problem and explore all the different treatments.

I decided to go ahead with the treatment and as it turns out, having AHS fix my hair was one of the best decisions I ever made. I still cannot believe how good my results are. I just wish I’d done it 10 years earlier rather than wasting so much time (and hair!). I would urge anyone who is thinking of doing something to check them out.
